Arthur Hordijk has been Director Pensions at Milliman since November 2023. He is currently working on the more strategic advice assignments with regard to the new pension reform in the Netherlands. He has extensive management experience within pension administration and insurance companies.
Experience
Arthur joined Milliman in 2023. He has over 25 years of experience within the actuarial and financial departments of insurance companies in various management roles.
Professional Designations
- Arthur is specialized in the life and pension area with regard to insurance companies and pension funds. With the introduction of the Dutch future pensions act (WTP), he chose to leverage his expertise in pension funds. He has a strongly pragmatic approach and is results-oriented.
