Maddie’s areas of expertise include Medicare Advantage and Part D, prescription drug analytics, and pharmaceutical manufacturer market access strategy. Maddie has assisted Medicare Part D plans with bid preparation, formulary development, and strategic analyses. She leads Milliman-wide research in Medicare Part D formulary modeling and landscape analytics. In the pharmacy space, Maddie has worked with pharmaceutical manufacturers, retail pharmacies, and industry organizations with an emphasis on the Medicare Part D benefit. Her most recent work includes helping various entities in the pharmacy supply chain understand the impacts of the Inflation Reduction Act.
